How to Prepare Delicious Potato Stew - 6 Simple Steps

Making tasty and delicious food is an Art. You may have heard of the yummy pal-appam which can be a healthy breakfast for you. Other than the favourite combination of chicken gravy with pal-appam we can make a flavorsome potato stew for the side dish of pal-appam.

The ingredients needed are
1. Potato
2. Coconut
3. Onion
4. Chilly
5. Turmeric Powder
6. Salt
7. Mustard

8. Bay leaves


Hope you got all the needed things in your kitchen. Now lets start
Step 1 : Remove the skin of potato and cut into small pieces 


Step 2 : Cook those potatoes in a cooker (wait for one whistle). Then smash the boiled potato using a Ladle.


Step3 :
Take a china pot use some coconut oil and fry mustard,onion,bay leaf and chillies until it become pale brown in color.





Step 4 :
Take the blend up coconut and a little water. Grind it and squeeze it with hands to take the coconut milk. You may use the strainer or a clean cloth to take the milk.



Step5 :
Add the boiled potato, turmeric powder and needed amount of salt into the fried onion and chilly



Step6 :
Add the coconut milk and wait for 5 mins.



 Now the delicious  potato stew is ready to serve.
